Base:

  • 2 lbs Ground Turkey
  • 2 Large Eggs brought to room temp
  • ¾ cup Panko Breadcrumbs toasted for extra crunch
  • ¼ cup Whole Milk
  • 1 ½ tbsp Worcestershire Sauce

Flavor:

  • 1 tbsp Extra Virgin Olive Oil
  • 2 tbsp Dried Onion Flakes
  • 1 tbsp Fresh Garlic minced
  • 1 ¼ tsp Sea Salt & ¾ tsp Cracked Black Pepper
  • 1 tsp Smoked Paprika for a deeper profile
  • 1 tsp Dried Thyme
  • ½ tsp Cumin & ½ tsp Oregano

Glaze:

  • cup Ketchup
  • cup Raw Honey replaces the brown sugar for a floral sweetness
  • 1 ½ tbsp Apple Cider Vinegar
  • 1 tsp Stone-Ground Mustard

Instructions
 

  • Kick things off by heating your oven to 350°F. Give a standard loaf pan a generous coating of non-stick spray so nothing gets left behind.
  • In your largest mixing bowl, introduce the ground turkey to its spice cabinet friends: the salt, pepper, smoked paprika, thyme, cumin, oregano, and Worcestershire sauce. Use a fork or clean hands to marry these flavors together.
  • Once the spices are integrated, pour in the milk, drop in the eggs, and sprinkle the panko across the surface. Fold everything together gently—overworking turkey can make it tough, so treat it with a light touch until just combined.
